What is Popl?

Popl is an in-person go-to-market platform for capturing, qualifying, enriching, and syncing leads from conferences, trade shows, and other face-to-face events. It combines a mobile lead scanner, campaign management, contact enrichment, digital business cards, and CRM integrations so event interactions can become structured records and measurable follow-up work.

How Popl event lead capture works

Scan badges, cards, and QR codes

Representatives use the Popl mobile app to capture conference badges, paper business cards, LinkedIn QR codes, and other contact formats. The universal scanner is intended to work across events without depending on a separate rental scanner for each organizer.

Qualify and enrich contacts

Teams can add qualifying questions, notes, owners, and tags while the interaction is still fresh. Popl then fills missing contact and company fields through its enrichment workflow, giving sales teams more context for routing and outreach.

Sync leads to the GTM stack
